The Bloomberg American Cities Climate Challenge was created to support bold local strategies in our fight against climate change. With support from the Challenge, the 25 winning cities across the country have passed over 50 major building, energy, and transportation policies and have launched over 70 new climate programs. These wins and others have helped put these cities collectively on track to reduce emissions by over 32%, surpassing the Paris Agreement goals by 2025.
